I'm very happy with this item, everything works well. I chose the clicky option for the button on top and my only complaint is that its a key cap underneath. I was expecting a pen click type of sound but instead its the high pitched click of a gaming keyboard. It stands out much more than I feel a pen click would and I personally don't like the sound. The rest of the item is great though, I just wish I chose to silent clicker.

The fidget fits in my hand very well. I liked the slider. The clicker feels amazing. I thought the spikes would feel better than they did - that is probably on me.
