Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days unless otherwise stated on our website. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If we experience any significant delays in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery updates are outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We are happy to help guide you through this process if needed.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@sensorylab.store with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement according to our Exchange Policy.
